I'm 16 years old and I've been suffering through a heavy build up of spit in my throat. I've got so much inside it, I constantly spit, or swallow it, but it just refuses to go away. When I lay down at night it's unbearable...I have to stand up for it to stop. I can't sleep at night until I'm simply exhausted. It's like no matter how much I spit I can't get rid of it. Please help me...
