My friend seemed in a very nervous state, he told me that when he urinates, his urine splits in two, he said too that it happens only when he has an erection. Does it mean he has some kind of sickness, can anyone explain me why he seems so nervous about that. I forgot to mention that he told me that his penis burns when he urinates. Are these two things realted?

I think your friend should see an urologist and has his prostate checked.
In prostatitis (bacterial infection but there can also be a non-bacterial one), the change in urine flow is common and the penile burning as well, so it would be wise for his to make an appointment as soon as possible because prostate problems are not something one would want to play with.
Penile burning may be also associated with any kind of an infection in the urinary tract. Certain infections of the urinary tract especially STD’s like gonorrhea and Chlamydia are said to be able to cause infertility in males as well as in females.
So, suggest your friend to see a doc asap, so he wouldn’t suffer the consequences. If his prostate problems persist and prolong, he may lose his sexual stamina, he may experience erectile problems and with ejaculations, etc
