Spotted a light pink discharge 4 one day! Could I be preg?

I am 23 and have one child. My boyfriend and i have been trying to concevie for over a year. my period is not yet late but for one day i I spotted a light pink discharge and nothing else after that day. could i be pregnant? Confused

I am not due for period until 21st but have pinkish discharge after very slight spotting of blood. I have searched online all day trying to find answers but only find questions. No one ever follows up with what their s/s were. PLS f/u and let me know how u make out, and i'll do the same.
