Spotting after a night of drinking?

Since I was a teenager, if I ever did drugs or drank, the next day I'd spot. its usually brown or sometimes dark red or pink, sometimes its a tiny blob of dried blood and sometimes its a little bigger.
any ideas? do I have things in there whose bleeding is activated by alcohol consumption? (no drugs in years)
