Spotting after stopping nuvaring

I went off Nuvaring 17 days ago due the blood pressure issues. The first day of my last period was 14 days ago. My husband and I have had sex two times, but we used protection. Today I have been having pink mucasy discharge that I haven't had before. I am totally paranoid about getting pregnant after already having three kids. Any ideas about what this is and if I should be concerned?
