Spotting and cramps after my period.

I started my period Sunday 16th July, I stopped bleeding as normal on the following Thursday 20th. Everything was fine, but I started spotting on Saturday 22nd and started experiencing cramps like a mini period, these have now lasted 3 days. Could this be implantation? Have I miscarried without realising I'm pregnant? I am on the contraceptive pill.
I appreciate any help, thanks
