Me and my fiance have been trying to conceive. My period runs like clockwork and i am i heavy bleeder... Its the time for my period but i'm only spotting brown, clear, and some pink. I took a hpt and it came back negative! could i be pregnant or what? Help!

I forgot to mention that my breasts are extremely sore and my stomach isnt cramping like it normally does when i'm on my period!
