Hello, I am 11 weeks pregant. I have been spotting for the past two days, mostly dark brown spotted discharge, but not enough to fill a pad. I had light cramping yesterday, but not today. My OBGYN said to rest and not worry. However, now the discharge seems to have an odor, like old or dried blood. Should this be a concern?
