Spotting for 3 days on starting on day 19, could this be imp

I had some spotting on day 19 for about 3 days. It only happend when I wiped. It was light red and brown in color and there was also a lot of cervical discharge as well. Has anyone ever had this happen. I just need some other advice. My period is due in four days, I started spotting about 10 days before my period was due. Any info will help.
