Hi, I have disabled spouse who has big needs and can barely mange to do all my duties. Is it matter of bad organisation or shuld I ask for professional help?

Hi, I believe that it is important for your relationship to do at least part of these duties yourself.
Spouse caregivers also have their needs, since they are caring for a chronically ill or disabled husband or wife. There are many challenges of long-term caregiving you are facing every day. It is alsoimportant to remember that you have right to fullfil yourself as a whole personality. If there are also small children that you have to take care of, than there are additional duties for one spouse. It would be good if you can get help from close family, like grandmother, grandfather, sister, brother...
