Hi, I am 25 years old and I am practicing body building for several months. My friend from gym told me that running is very good as aerobic training where I can burn sufficient calories and fats in my body. I would like to know is it better to have sprints or more like jogging.

Hi, aerobic training is very important and it depends on you what kind of training you will choose. Some builders are driving bicycles, other are jogging. Anyway Sprinting is not good idea because it will spend too much of your energy so it would be better to choose jogging or fast walking.
