Hi, when I was an older teenager I was very much into bodybuilding. I was in the gym almost every day. It is needless to say that I was achieving great results. However, life commitments have stopped me from continuing. Now I am older and my body has changed. I hope to return to the previous state. Can you help since I am starting all over again?
Hi, building up the body can be very fun. On the other hand, it can also be very difficult and a lot of people back off. I am sure that you belong in the group of people that find this sport activity fun. I made this conclusion since you are familiar with it. The new beginning can be a bit more difficult now then it was when you first started. Of course this does not have to be the case. You should have a professional trainer make a workout program suited for you. I am sure that this will help you get on your teenager tracks in no time.
