Hi, I have watched documentary on TV about Taiji several days ago and it impressed me very much. I would like to know something more about this discipline and some basic facts. Also I would like to start Taiji studies so any information about it is more than welcome. Thanx.

Hi, Taiji is an ancient word which represents yin and yang and equilibrium of natural forces. It is old Chinese technique which provides many benefits to the people who are practicing it. It was originally imagined as martial art but later it became part of philosophy and way of life. There are several centers which provide information and possibility to train Taiji and it would be the best to look for it on the net.
