Greetings, I am 18 years old guy and I recently started to work out. It is pretty tough not to drink water during my training. I think that it wont mind if I stay hydrated during exercise. Do you think that I can drink water freely during training? I mean it wont affect my training, or am I right? I want to thank you all for your answers in front.

Not only that it wont mind, it is necessary to drink water during your exercises. It will help you to keep your focus on the job at hand-the training itself. Trust me when I tell you, without water you would be dehydrated pretty fast and that can be very bad for your organism. By the way, if you need any tips for some kind of physical training, I am the person for you. I am a personal physical trainer for some professional athletes.
