Hi, i'm looking for some exercises to do mainly at home,

i am in alright shape but with too much fat that i want to burn, i have a controlled diet and play sport often

i was just wondering if anyone has any exercises that are not high cardio work outs but will still burn fat effectively.

I am looking for steady longer excerises rather than 5 minute bursts.

Thanks

The best weight loss exercise is walking. If you manage to walk nonstop for at least an hour every day, this is great for weight loss.

Also, rebounding is great for burning fat cells. You can do this for ten minutes every day. It's great!
