Hi,
I went to my doctor yesterday and told him my symptoms of constant sternum pain, no matter if I am taking a deep breath or not. If I am sitting, lying down, etc it hurts. Granted, when I take a deep breath, there is a sharp pain at the end of the breath.
I have no cough, no fever, no nasuea, no shortness of breath, etc. Basically just this constant pain in my sternum area.
He gave my Predinsone and Zithromax for 5 days. I took 2 Zithromax last night and a Predinsone. I took another Prednisone this morning. I still do not feel any better.

Any ideas on this? Do you think this will go away with these medicine regimes? I am worried about this pain since it is not subsiding (even with Tylenol)?
