Infection won't go away!

I got chlamydia from my boyfriend a few weeks ago, I went to the doctor a week ago and was prescribed 1gram of Zithromax, I took it that day.
It was exactly one week ago, and we haven't had unprotected sex since, but I have given him oral sex a few times, could I have the infection back?
I still have pain when I pee, and its a week later, and the infection still hasn't gone.
Will I need more of the antibiotics?
