Hello there. I was recently diagnosed at accident and emergency with gastroenteritis. However four days on my feaver and temperature have gone but i still have bad bouts of abdominal pain and watery diarrhea. I checked my stools a few times and they may have traces of blood in them which has made me quite worried. Just wondering what it could be or if I just have to wait it out for this all to go.
