Hi, I have a strange sensation in my penis. Beside itching and stinging, I also have a white discharge that looks like sperm, but it isn’t. Please help me, I don’t know what could this be!

Hi, I had the same symptoms a year ago, both stinging and discharge. They were troubling me for days before I realized they won’t go away on their own. When I finally went to doctor, he diagnosed me with urethritis. It is an infection of urethra that can be caused by different organisms. But when I find out that it was caused by Chlamydia, I couldn’t believe it. It was a shock to me, I never expected that kind of diagnosis for stinging and discharge. This is a disease spread by sexual intercourse, and I can remember that I had unprotected sex with anyone. I had a stinging sensation in my penis and yellow discharge, but the itching was most irritating symptom. I got some pain killers for the infection, and azithromycin for chlamidia.
