My best friend loves to eat. He sometimes overindulges and stuffs himslef. He describes the resulting symptoms as those of lethargy, feeling unable to move and stomach pain in the upper abdomen. Is the pain he describes a direct result of the quantity of food in his stomach or is it more likely due to gas or swallowed air in his stomach?
