Hello.
I am 26 yrs old. Last week i noticed that my upper stomach muscle was sore and i felt a lump like feeling. Anyone have any idea what that could be?

It could be hernia....It depends on the lump! Does it hurt when laughing, sneezing, coughing, .....can you push it back in?

It should be looked by a doc, that is certain.
