Stomach Numbness

I have the strangest feeling in my stomach, it feels numb. It happened a few weeks ago then came back today. No pain, just numb. I will pass my hand over my side and cannot feel it. There is not discoloration or lumps! Can anyone tell me what this could be?

I am having the same numbness on the bottom left side of the stomach/large intestines. I have been on Nexium for over a year and I just stopped taking it a few weeks ago since I am in much better shape and eating healthier than I was in a year ago and all my symptoms seem to have disappeared.
