Hi. I have some problems with my stomach and digestion. I have lost my appetite and when I eat my stomach hurts. How to improve my digestion?

Hi. First you have to clear out old accumulations from your intestinal tract. Healing herbs, nutrients and fibers are really effective. Natural nutrients that will help you are aloe vera, beta carotene, papain, black walnut, garlic and rose hips. You will more fully digest if you take enzymes at the beginning of the meal. To restore your friendly flora, you have probiotic complex and Jerusalem artichoke flour. Eat fresh fruit and veggies. Yoga is also very effective.
