I'm goin 33 weeks pregnant and was just feeling shortness of breath and light headedness. I felt the baby either kick really fast or a stomach spasm feeling. It felt more like the baby was kicking really really abnormally fast. I'm really worried now! Could it be that there's something wrong with her. I mean she's moving fine and kickin now....
It could have been a spasm or passing of gas as you say, especially if it was accompanied by the other symptoms. Perhaps you just had some bodily difficult in an instant and felt uncomfortable. If it happens again, go to the doctor.
