Stomach Swelling and discomfort

Recently I have developed swelling in my lower abdomen. I have actually lost weight, but my stomach is swollen. About 2 months ago the my doctor discovered that I had obtained chlamydia which was treated; however after it was treated I still had pain during intercourse and it still hasn't felt completely right. I just had my period about a week ago, it lasted my usual 5-6 days but it was a little lighter and sometimes painful, not cramping but a different pain. I am on oral contaceptive which I take at the exact same time every night. Recently I have developed the abdominal swelling with occasional lower pains, and discomfort all the time.
Please help?

In tha past year, my stomach has bloated toan unseemly size. There is no discomfort only size.
