For years I suffer with horrible acid/burning pain- not every morning but many many mornings. Sometimes im fine fo dayas even weeks- i then have very bad spells like today- real bad burning pains in my stomach in mornings or when I havnt eaten for a few hours- relieved by eating- Water seems to make it worse!
Often I get so ridiculously bloated people ask me if Im pregnant- its horrible. I thought i picked up that red meat and sugar caused problems along with alcohol- but only sometimes this happens and other times I can eat loads of what i thought was the problem and nothing happens so am very confused!
I visited a homeopathic doctor who did a intolerance test on a machine using accupuncture points and he said I reacted to Milk- some dairy- Yeast- Tea- and Sugar. But I dont even drink tea- and when I do have a black tea with lorts of mil and some toast with butter (everything he said not to have) I feel FINE!
So I am very confused as to what my problem is?
Im 5"6 in good general health (I am a carrier of Beta Thallasaemia Minor and have mild anaemia) Weighing 149 Pounds so Im not fat or anything I work out every day I eat very healthily.
I often get Yeast infections- Thrush.
I had a colonic irrigation that showed Candida according to the consultant although she was NOT a doctor- just a trained person to do the procedure so am unsure of this diagnosis.

I suggest you to take care of your acidity and take prescribed medicines regularly to keep acidity in control - because if your esophagus is exposed to Acid again and again, it will turn into Barrett;s esophagus and it has high chance to develop into Esophagus cancer later. So take care and prevent acidity before you feel it...
