Hi, I’ve been having some strange feelings lately, and I don’t know what they mean. I feel pressure on my stomach, and sometimes even on vagina. I feel like something pushes me from inside. What could this be?
Did it occur to you that you might be pregnant? Have you at least done a pregnancy test? When you are expecting a baby, your uterus makes room for the baby and pushes the rest of the organs. That is maybe why you feel the pressure on your stomach and vagina. If you also feel sharp pains on either side of your abdomen, that is probably because of the stretching of the ligaments that support your uterus. If you feel a pain that starts in the pelvis and continues down the thigh, that could be because the pelvis relaxes and stretches can affect the sciatic nerve. However, it still doesn’t have to mean that you’re pregnant. Maybe there’s another cause for your stomach and vaginal pressure. Maybe you have hernia. Anyway, you must visit a doctor!
