I was diagnosed with a stomach virus about six days ago and been vomiting and had diarrea and such. My right side has been in pain for almost a week and a half to two weeks and I just started getting more vaginal discharge (clear, white stretchy). And I've also been urinating more but I dont always drink very much. Does a stomach virus cause more vaginal discharge and more urinating? I'm sorry if it sounds dumb for asking but I would just like to know.
