No matter what I eat my stomach hurts. I had a colonscopy test, blood test and have asked the doctor for a referral to a dietician and food allergy clinic.
I have already eliminated whole wheat, barely and rye due to gluten. I can't eat bean, peas, peanuts, soy and only selective vegetables. The only meat I have is salmon. Can it be salmon? Too much salmon? Mercury? Not all the time do I have Wild Salmon.
