Stomach pain and burning sensation

Hi im 18 years old and im a wrestler and i just had a tournament the other day and i was cutting around 12 pounds and now that ive gained it all back. my stomach has been hurting and ive had diarreia and i have been throwing up some and i have no idea what this is and i been cutting weight the whole year never had a problem till now.. and i was wondering if there could be something bad happening to me right now or whats wrong?

It may be any of the following:

gallbladder stones
IBS
Bacterial Infection or Food Poisoning.

It sound to me that your weight through your digestion system out of wack and that your body is no longer used to the same food. A major shift in diet can cause gallbladder stones- the symptoms are very similar to ependicitus.
