hi there
i had my baby 8 and a half months ago and recently i have been waking with very severe pain in my stomach and back and my stomach is verry firm and it feels tightened Sad it hurts like you wouldnt believe i cant even lay down or sit up my stomach hasnt always been this big it went down a fair bit a few months after i had her but now its so swollen people have noticed thats not really my issue though its this pain that feels like contractions and i have no idea what to do.
if anyone knows anything on this or could help me advice would be greatly appreciated.
