Hi,
I am having terrible Stomach pains on left side for the past two days. It feels like constant cramping, It is very intense at the left side of the stomach, but then it engrosses the whole stomach. I feel horrible- don’t feel like vomiting, jut terrible stomach pain. Lately I am not eating very regular, so could this be a problem?

I think you have the answer to your problem- proper nutrition. It happened to me too the first year I was studying. The biggest problem was that I was eating almost just sandwiches and other junk food and then came the pain after a month of improper nutrition. So, I started eating soups (I prefer vegetable soups) and then in a few days I was better. But I had a same thing as you do- tremendous pain on left side of stomach. It was so intense, I couldn’t sleep… Sweet-brier is also very helpful for stomach ache and it also has lots of vitamin C.
