Ok: I'm having stomach pains. Sometimes it is very mild sharp pain and most of the time it feel like a hunger pain, but I'm not really hungry and my stomach is rolling. It is mostly in my upper stomach like right below my breasts. I'm not sure if this is a sign of pregnancy or not. I need help!
