I have been having a severe burning in my upper abdominal area just right below my rib cage. It radiates from my back to the front and I am only in pain for about 10 seconds then it slowly goes away and I am fine except for a light case of diahrea. This has been going on for almost 24 hours. I've taken pepto bismol and haven't had much relief. Does anyone know what is going on?
