I had a mc Donalds for my tea last night and ever since i have had a really bad pain in my stomach i thought it could be trapped wind but the pains are so bad i couldnt move, i have had some pepto Bismol but it not working is there any thing i can do or get? and can you think of anything that could have caused the pains?
