| I get a preesure, bloating feeling in my stomache and most of the time I feel a little nauses with it. I do have a heart condition with arrythmia's I have had fixed, however I still get A LOT of PVC's and PAC's and they are much much worse when I have the pressure bloating feeling in my stomache. I am on Prevacid 30mg 2x a day. I have always to the doctors it seem that this pressure/Bloating feeling triggers my heart rythem but they think I am nuts. I have thought constipation, but i go regular everyday. I do try to conume lots of fiber, eg. I only eat whole grain bread, try to eat fruits and veggies(not enough however) Also I do eat mostly red meat, drink A Lot of water, NO Soda Pop, No alcohol, No coffee and try try to drink 3-4 glass of 1% milk a day, which I was told I should because of the Preacid I take. |
