I'm 39 years old and for the past few weeks I have had the following. Loose stool, stomache pains, lots of belching and just not feeling 100%.
For about a month I have been under a lot of stress. Don't know if that has anything to do with? Don't know if it is a gas problem, acid or something serious. Any help? |

Stress can cause all sorts of problems and if it doesn’t cause gastrointestinal problems, it can certainly worsen them. Some researches showed that many people who had small inflammations of the gut invisible to the human body (called IBS) didn’t have any symptoms unless they were subjected to stress. After some time, exposure to stress made them experience problems like diarrhea/constipation, belching, gasses, stomach pain, etc
Have you seen a doctor? You should in order to have your blood and stool examined, check for bacterial or viral presence, maybe even check your stomach or intestines if a doctor suspects anything.
These symptoms resemble many possible conditions, so making wild guesses instead of examining won’t do you any good. |
