Stopped Birth Control and Acne set in

I stopped taking birth control about 6-7 months ago and it seems like ever since then I have gotten really bad acne. I took the birth control for 7 years. I'm 23 years old and it's embarrasing having acne as old as I am. I never really had acne as a teenager. Do you think it's because I stopped taking the birth control? Crying or Very sad

I also stopped taking birth control pills a few months ago, and I have gained 15 lbs and have gotten horrible acne. I am 27, and had been taking them since I was 15. I don't know what to do to get both of my issues under control.
