Stopping BC mid cycle what date to use for next cycle

I stopped taking my birth control pills one week into a new pack. The side effects were to much. THe day after stopping I bled for 3 days.
Question THe question I have is do I use that 3 days to figure my next period or do I use the period that I had the week before that to date my next expected period. ( ie Nov 4th or Nov 12th) I had only been taking the pill for one month previous to stopping.
