A new study conducted on New York men on sexual behavior found that around 10% of straight New York men have had gay sex.

It was previously thought married men were also having gay sex but it was not known that it was so widely spread. Among those who reported having had gay sex, 70% were married men. The results came as a surprise. Another shocking founding was that these married men were the less likely to use condoms when engaging in gay sex.

Dr. Susan Blank, from the city Health Department said that it is obvious that marital status definitely shouldn’t be an indicator of sexual behavior.

Although previously suspected, this study is the first evidence that married men were having gay sex.
