Hi just below were you piss out of there is a strand of skin conected to my forskin this is short i am 13 years old and because of it it doesnt pull back that far and hurts if u pulll it alot will this grow/ will i grow out of it? or is it permament, once at the front of my penis abit of my foreskin was connected to the bellend but i grew out of it.

At the back of the bellend is where the foreskin meets the penis. It is very tender and will hurt if it is rolled too far back. It does not sound like a serious problem, or at least, nothing Ive came across before.
