Strange Dark Spots on Hands During Winter

Can someone explain to me why I have these strange dark spots on hands during winter? I mean it is nothing itchy or burning but I hate seeing them on my skin â€“those strange dark spots are actually covering whole my outer hand area and I am curious why I got them each winter-I don't see them during summer time. What do I do with it?

Those are freckles I suppose and if so than this condition-strange dark spots during winter usually affected hand area-genetic is related here so you must have inherited it from someone in your family. I think also that healthy diet has a lot to do with it so maybe if you try in taking enough doses of vitamin A, C and B complex than you could probably reduce the chances of getting these Strange Dark Spots on Hands During Winter for this condition is also related to dry skin and I guess applying some products such as Vaseline or aloe vera would help a lot.
