Strange Feeling in head and dizziness

For the past couple of weeks, I have had this really strange feeling in the center of my head. It feels like a headache that I would get from not eating but this is happening more often than that and even after I have eaten. It is causing my stomach to become upset and nauseated. I have been under a lot of stress lately and I thought maybe that could be the cause. Any ideas?
