I have had some strange sypmtoms lately, just not feeling myself. It started with these sharp stabbing pains in my right ear that would come and go. The next day my ear just felt like something was in it, kind of a full irritating feeling and today I feel like I have a lump in my throat, it almost hurts to swallow. What in the world could be going on? Other than these symptoms, I feel fine. No fever! When I push around on my neck, it hurts on the front, right around the base of my neck.
