I am very interested in someone thoughts on these Strange Symptoms I have. Could it be aura? It is difficult for me to describe. It is like I am scared and I can feel it in my stomach. It is not panic or anxiety. Sometimes I see dream like images. These episodes appear to me to last only a few seconds each time.
Those are really strange symptoms, but I can only help you by telling what my auras look like. They consisted of having cold sensations that originated in my head that ruminated through my body and they gave me a feeling of being outside of my body. I was told I had anxiety and depression before being diagnosed with temporal lobe epilepsy. I have been on a seizure medication since, now for almost a year, and have not had any other episodes.
