Strange aching in lower back, could it be my ovaries?

A couple of months ago I was playing with my little boy when he kicked me in my back. I had the strangest sensation when it happened. It really hurt in a very weired was. He didn't kick me that hard but it felt like he really knocked somthing inside of me, possibly an organ. I'm not sure if it was my kidney or my ovary. Since then my back has ached in the same place he knocked me. Sometimes the pain goes down through my bottom and even to my left leg. I have 3 children that I delivered with out any complications. The youngest is 10 months and after delivering her I had a tubal ligation done. Could I still be having sensitivity in my ovaries because I am still healing from the delivery or tubal? I'm concerend that there could be a tumor of some sort that I wouldn't have known was there unless he hit just the right spot. I have a Dr.'s appt.next week but would appretiate any advise that might help me to ask O.B the right questions. I am worried that my Dr. is going to blow me off. Any thoughts?
