Strange boils, bleeding, pus like substance and skin wearing

Im a teenage fairy large male, and for the past year or so ive been getting blisters inbetween my legs that grow and stay until the skin is worn off layer by layer until it bleeds and stays as a open wound for a while before scabbing then fading into a dark purple spot on my skin starting at the size of a quater or nickel before going down to a dime size, it happens weekly, its extremely painful and i didnt realize the degree or magnitude of the occurances and scarring until i got a glimpse of the two areas (on each side of my inner thigh) which is why i came here, does anyone know what this is? the only relevant thing i could find is herpes but i havent had sexual contact yet. and for whatever this is, is there a cure or treatment of some sort?

Do your thighs rub against each other when you walk? If they do, the pimples and sores could be caused by constant rubbing and sweat I suppose.

If not, then this would be a typical case for a dermatologist who can examine your bumps and figure out what they are and if treatment was necessary or not.

Yeah actually they do but it just seems like such a painful wound for something such as skin on skin contact.

They sound like boils or inflamed sweat glands. Try wearing non-brief underwear, go with boxer briefs, they are longer. Make sure you shower daily and dry off real good.

I'm a big guy too, I get them but not like that

it is not an std, i have the same thing,thighs and rear end.. have gone through biopsys, and a long list of meds to help, it is a form of noduler acne, after a course of acutane, things did lighten, but not completely,get some stuff called draw out salve, place on a bandaid, it will pull it out, much faster, much less pain,also a form of antibacterial gel called clyndamyicin, helps eliminate germs on skin surface that work their way down to the folicle base. the purple scars go away with time. hope this helps, i had to go through years of doctors and pain, just to get that much info

Hey i need help, I have a white pussy substace come from below the head of my penis on the skin and wont seem to stop. Its thick, white and smells really bad. Just wondering if anyone knows what it can be or what to do about it.
