| I had the same symptom. This morning in fact. Looking back at what I ate and drank yesterday none of it was good for. All high fructose syrup, high caffine, high fat, and a moderate to large amount of alcohol. This was pretty scarry to find those orange drops. Glad to not be alone. From here on out I'm am no longer going to poison my body the way I did. I am young so this was especially startling. Yes, so much for the invincibility of youth. |

OMG! i am experiencing this exact symptom (greasy, orange stools) right at at this very moment (no accompanying abdominal cramps, nausea or vomting). it bothered me a lot. i tried to google it and thank god i found this site. my father brought home a white tuna (it was a "diana tuna" accdg to him - i live in the philippines, btw) a few days back. i've had the fish for 3 days now (it's really good  ) so i guess that's the culprit.
i have a question, though. the oil expelled with the stools (and sometimes even during flatulence), is it purely from the fish? or does the fish or its oil cause any kind of fat malabsorption similar to when you take orlistat?

| This is exactly what happened to me. I had 6 big pieces of white tuna sushi sashimi and i have had the oil discharge for two days... yelowish orange. It was a bit scary. Thanks for posting. |

| okay, so I am 13 year old girl, veg, haven't goten my period yet, and I haven't eaten any fish. yet today and yesterday when I fart in the bathroom, orange oil comes out. I don't know what to do. Ive looked at websites that say its fish or my liver/pancreas is failing. should I tell my mom or wait to see if it passes? this is really scaring me!HELP |

 I'am experiencing this right now and it is freaking me out because I have been very gassy and every time I farted some of the oily substance comes out. Sorry for the nasty description but anyways when I do go to the bathroom their is orange oily stuff floating. I have been reading everyones comment and i think its from fish. Cause i ate sea bass soup all this week and it seems like everyone has been getting it by eating some sort of fish. Well i hope someone knows an answer to this weird problem... |

| I live in the USA and am total Vegan and for the last couple days I notice orange oil dots floating in the toilet bowl when taking a crap. I don't know if its blood just disguised a bit orange because its mixxed with crap, but either way I am with you guys It is a bit scary. Any REAL advice or facts would be good. I plan on eating less fat and only green veggies for the nex 3 days to see what hapens if nothing Its time to go to a Doctor |

| Im a little relieved that I am not alone on this. I had sea bass Friday night and had a stomachache before going to bed. The following day, I ate the left over sea bass for lunch and then had stomach ache again while taking a nap, too sleepy so I just hold going to the rest room. WHen i finally did, i noticed yello-orange oil in underwear, thought i crapped a little. But then 2 days leter when im farting, really gassy since then, same colored-oil comes out. it's been 4 days and still the same thing. ANYBODY HAVING OR HAD IT FOR A WEEK LONG? |
