Strange spot on penis. Really Worried!!

So i had unprotected sex yesterday, my foreskin snapped. It hurt like hell but not for long so i was ok. When i got in the shower today i pulled back my foreskin to wash and it started hurting. When i finally got over the pain and pulled it back it revealed a small sort of dint with a little white area surrounded by a little red area that looks rather like blood but isn't wet, at the top of my foreskin near the head. I thought at first maybe it was where my foreskin had snapped but its at the opposite side of my penis to where my foreskin snapped. Now im really scared that it may be infected!!! Please help!
