I’ve read that Strattera may increase thoughts of suicide or suicide attempts in children and teens. Is that true? I was shocked, this is very serious. What are the others side effects of Strattera? My cousin is 15 and he has been diagnosed with ADHD. He started with Stratera recently. Should I be worried about him?
Have you noticed any changes in mood or behavior including becoming irritable or anxious? I think that there is a new label now on Stattera that include warning that Strattera may increase thoughts of suicide or suicide attempts in children. Beside this Strattera can cause liver damage in rare cases and some people may lose weight while being treated with Strattera. Common side effects that may occur with Strattera in include: upset stomach, decreased appetite, nausea or vomiting …etc.
